How do I customize my stick-on labels or bag tags?
Simply select your product and add the required personalization. Message our team with any questions you may have.
What file formats and image quality do you require?
We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF files at 300 dpi. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for crisp printing, especially on larger bag tags.
Are your stick-on labels really waterproof and UV resistant?
Yes—our labels use a UV-coated film and waterproof vinyl that resists fading, scratching, and moisture, making them perfect for school gear, water bottles, luggage, and outdoor use.
What is your production and shipping timeline?
Production takes 1-3 business days after purchase. Domestic shipping within the USA is calculated at checkout, with a typical transit time of 3–7 business days. We currently ship only within the United States.
Can I place a re-order of a previous design?
Absolutely! Just visit your order history, select the design you’d like to reorder, update quantities if needed, and check out—no need to re-upload artwork.
What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll assess and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit for any defective or misprinted items.
